Paris Hilton 'dumped by voicemail'

Parishilton_2PARIS HILTON was dumped by voicemail by her ex Benji Madden before she had the chance to split with him, according to fresh reports about their break-up.

A close friend of the hotel heiress told this week’s heat magazine how the Good Charlotte’s guitarist got in there just as the socialite decided to finish their relationship.

The source said: “Paris left a voice message saying the relationship was over. But minutes later, when she checked her voicemail, she realised Benji had already ended it with a message an hour earlier. She was shocked to say the least.”

And despite Paris wanting to end things anyway she was still gutted to hear that Benji felt the same.

The friend said: “Paris was crying throughout the afternoon and cancelled all of her meetings that day. Nicole Richie came round to her house to comfort her.

“Paris knew it wasn’t working, but it was still sad.”

And the blonde 27-year-old allegedly told her mate: “I thought he and I were going to be together forever, have babies. I tried being monogamous for a long time and it worked, but I got bored after a while.”

Heat magazine goes on sale today (Tuesday).
