Despite rumours of rows between Peaches Geldof and her ex Faris Badwan, it seems that the pair are still the best of friends…
So good, in fact, that Peaches, 19, is gearing up to DJ at the Horrors frontman’s club night at Bungalow 8 in a couple of weeks time .
theBuzz revealed last week how rockstar Faris, 21, had turned his hand to running a night called Marriage at the swanky members club, with the event, hilariously having a Las Vegas theme.
Peaches and her new hubby Max, a member of American band Chester French, eloped last month to Vegas for a low-key wedding. Reports then emerged that Peaches and Faris had had a huge bust-up over the affair.
So, with Faris clearly showing there’s no hard feelings, it’s a case of happy families as Peaches prepares to show off her DJ-ing skills at the exclusive Covent Garden venue.
“There’s been lots written about them falling out, but they’re still really good friends,” a source tells theBuzz.
“Faris isn’t looking to cash in, but just thinks it will be a lot of fun, with lots of tongue in cheek features .”
Just to give an idea of what to expect of the event next Thursday, invitations state: “We have a Las Vegas Theme - Shotgun Weddings, Fear & Loathing surrealism, Bright Lights, Blackjack Dealers, Dead Sweethearts, Whores, and Elvis.”
It should be a night to remember then – especially if Max decides to turn up as well.
