LILY Allen has appealed to pals for a new pubmate - for her dog Mabel.
Concerned that her new mutt could be slightly lonely while she is off on holiday, the LDN star, 23, sent out a message to all her Facebook friends, including ex Seb Chew and on-off boyfriend Ed Simons - asking if they'd like to take Mabel out for walks and down to the pub while she's away.
Well, they do say that a dog is a man's best friend.
Keeping herself busy, Lil will be in Chelmsford this weekend supporting Ed as The Chemical Brothers play at V Festival.
Organisers have laid on a special treat in the VIP Virgin Mobile area for the singer, where she can expected to be pampered by top hairdresser Jim Shaw.
