MAT Horne leads a very interesting life – making audiences laugh one minute and battling grass snakes the next…

Strange – we haven’t seen many snakes in north London lately…

Luckily, despite his obscure injury, he didn’t let anything get in the way of his night’s duties, and later spun a series of rock favourites for the crowd.

Bill Oddie’s daughter Rosie Oddie also performed, while James Walsh from Starsailor did a solo set to raise money for Teenage Cancer Trust.
