While London swelters, Kent looks set to get even hotter as Radio 1's Big Weekend kicks off festival season.
Around 30,000 people will hit Maidstone over the next two days to see Adele, Usher, Duffy and perenially young Madonna strut their stuff. 
Almost 500,000 people rushed to get tickets so there are some seriously disappointed fans out there.
Police have even obtained a dispersal order specifically for the event.
It could be most effective in the toilet queue we think.....

Never has so much been made of so minor a talent. I'm sure I speak for millions all over the world when I plead: enough with Madonna.
