Wombats to headline Camden Crawl
The three-piece indie rock group who recently had a hit with Let’s Dance To Joy Division, and dance band Kano, will headline on Saturday night and are among 130 acts that will be play at the two-day bash.
Meanwhile Enter Shikari have been signed up to play a secret show organised by MySpace on the Friday evening.
The foursome, made up of Rou Reynolds, Rob Rolfe, Chris Batten and Rory Clewlow, have more than 200, 000 friends on the social networking site and remain unsigned by choice despite numerous offers from record companies.
Their unique sound, a combination of trance and hardcore rock, has helped them sell over 100, 000 copies of their debut album Take To The Skies.
A spokesman for the social networking site said: “Enter Shikari will follow in the footsteps of other big acts like Primal Scream, The Gossip and Babyshambles whose MySpace Secret Shows have all caused fan stampedes.”

The Crawl - which has previously showcased the music of Kate Nash, New Young Pony Club and Calvin Harris before they made the big time - will also feature music from Ida Maria, Los Campsinos, One Night Only, and Noah and the Whale.
More than 15, 000 fans will attend this year’s event which is to be the biggest yet with the addition of an outside stage.
This year’s festival is supporting Teenage Cancer Trust (TCT), a charity dedicated to improving the lives of teenagers and young adults with cancer.
