Could Wino be reunited with Blake before the summer?

IS AMY WINEHOUSE’S stint as a jail widow coming to an end? theBuzz hears that lawyers for husband Blake Fielder-Civil (below) are confident that he could be returning home in the next eight weeks.

His high-powered court team are set to battle on a number of legal points which could mean that the trial will not go ahead.

Amy’s grubby hubby is holed up in Pentonville prison waiting to stand trial on charges of perverting the course of justice and GBH. But sources close to the pair suggest they are increasingly confident of success.

“His lawyers have been working hard and are hopeful of a good result,” an insider tells theBuzz.

“Needless to say, Amy is on tenterhooks and is really excited about the possibility of having him home.”

If the legal team get a positive result, Amy will no longer have to worry about her time-keeping, which has often seen her miss visits to Blake in prison. A beehived Amy, 24, was spotted heading to a local kebab shop on Saturday after yet another failed attempt to see her husband.

Meanwhile, Blake, 25, would also be happy to wave goodbye to prison life, following reports of an overdose and attacks by fellow inmates. A spokesman for Winehouse had no comment this morning.
But Amy’s dad Mitch won’t be happy – he loathes Blake...
